Complaints

If you are dissatisfied in any way with our services, Westmorland and Furness SEND Information, Advice and Support Service (SEND IASS) we will do all they can to try to resolve your issues quickly. They will investigate your complaint and explain the outcome of our enquiries to you.
Most complaints can be sorted out by talking to the person you normally deal with in the team, so please talk to them first if you can. If they can't help or you would prefer to talk to someone else, please contact the SEND IAS Service Manager.
